Expanding Lawn Care Department seeking a highly motivated, experienced professional to perform activities relative to the seeding, aeration, and application of fertilizers plus other lawn conditioning chemicals associated with lawn establishment and maintenance. Strong working knowledge of chemical and pest control practices including IPM principles required. Sales and people skills, with ability to work effectively unsupervised, are a must.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing proper applications of fertilizers and pesticides
- Monitoring all properties for potential problems and reports any findings to the supervisor
- Alerting supervisor and customers to current tree and shrub conditions and provides analysis with possible solutions to any problems
- Maintaining all equipment necessary to perform the duties required
Qualifications:
- Valid MA driver’s license required
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved with the IPM field
- MA pesticide applicators license
- 3 years of experience required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Exceptional time management ability
